Bruce’s passion is to help leaders and their followers experience God’s grace by learning to trust God and others with themselves. This process has so far result in tens of thousands of high-trust cultures of grace multiplied around the world.
He has been married to Janet, a homemaker nurse and mentor, for 34 years. They have three children, Nicole, Chad and Ryan, and one granddaughter.
