Dr Sytsma is the Director and Senior Therapist of Building Intimate Marriages, Inc.
BS in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University, a MS in Community Counseling from Georgia State University and a Marriage and Family Therapy PhD from the University of Georgia.
He is the co-author of A New Generation of Sexual Addiction (Riemersma, J., & Sytsma, M. (2013); and author of Sexual Addiction & Compulsivity, (2014)
Michael has been married to Karen for over 30 years and has two sons, Josiah (21) and Caleb (17).
