Bill has served as the Senior Pastor of Woodcreek Church in Richardson, Texas since 1979.
Bill received a B.S. at Bryan College and both a Th. M and D Min at Dallas Theological Seminary
He has been married to Carol since 1978. They have two married children: Rebecca (and her husband Drew) and Clint (and his wife, Kelly). God has also blessed Bill and Carol with two beautiful granddaughters – Evelyn and Cora.
