Gaylord has served in full-time ministry for over 47 years. In 2003, he founded Servant Leadership Network to facilitate ministry to pastors and next-generation leaders. He served as director of Chico Pastors Together in California, facilitating gatherings of up to 80 pastors and ministry leaders from the city. In 2015, he founded Love Revolution Now to awaken a grassroots movement devoted to living a life of love in obedience to Jesus’ command.
Attended Bethany Bible College and Chico State College
He is the author of Love Revolution: Rediscovering the Lost Command of Jesus. His touchstone message, Game Changer, is the first in a series of five dynamic messages that inspire believers to receive God’s love and then to love those around them. Forty Days to Love is a series designed to guide individuals, small groups, congregations, and cities as they embrace Jesus’ command.
He has been married to Patti for 47 years, and they work closely in pastoral ministry. They have a loving relationship with their two children and six grandchildren.
