Executive Senior Vice President, Young Life International Divisions, 96 countries across five divisions: Africa, Asia, Latin America, former Soviet Union, and greater Europe. Reaching 650,000 teenagers annually with 11,000 volunteer leaders and over 1,000 full time staff outside the U.S. Young Life International has doubled in impact every two years for the last decade. Marty leads a senior staff team whose average Young Life tenure is over thirty years. Marty has been on Young Life staff for 37 years.
