Director for Joni and Friends Arizona. She is a Minister to Persons with Disabilities at First Southern Baptist Church at Sahuaro Ranch (FSBCG) in Glendale, Arizona for the last 18 years and their disability ministry has changed the culture their church. Pam has been counseling and working with individuals affected by disabilities for the past 33 years. Her passion is to equip churches to reach out to families affected by disabilities.

Pam and her husband, Don, just celebrated 30 years of marriage. They have two beautiful daughters, Courtney and Danielle. She says, “We are a family that is affected by disability, but we depend on our Lord Jesus Christ and our church family for support.”
