Patti and her husband, Gaylord, have worked closely in pastoral ministry throughout the 47 years of their marriage. She is a founding member of Love Revolution Now and serves on the board of directors. She is the founder of Hope for Life, a ministry to mothers with children coming out of homelessness.
She received her nursing degree from the Medical College of Virginia, working in the field of allergy and immunology for much of her career. Additionally, she majored in Bible at Central Bible College and Bethany Bible College.
She is the mother of two children and grandmother to six grandchildren.
